Der Parameter `direction` gibt an, ob der Eingabegraph als gerichtet oder ungerichtet betrachtet werden soll. Er kann die Werte 'DIRECTED' oder 'UNDIRECTED' annehmen. Bei 'DIRECTED' hat jede Kante eine spezifische Richtung. Bei 'UNDIRECTED' (Standard) hat keine Kante eine Richtung und der Fluss ist bidirektional.
