El parámetro `orderByTable` especifica una tabla de ordenación que se obtiene al ejecutar previamente la acción `groupBy` o `groupByInfo`. Es importante que la lista de variables de `inputs` utilizada para crear esta tabla coincida en variables y orden con la que se usará en la lista de variables `orderBy` de la acción `longToWide`.
