Die `addFmtLib`-Aktion fügt eine Formatbibliothek hinzu. Standardmäßig erstellt sie eine Formatbibliothek namens _FMTLIBn, wobei n bei 1 beginnt und für jede danach hinzugefügte Formatbibliothek inkrementiert wird.
