Opening Dummy HTML Page (_openDummyHTMLPage)

This macro is part of a solution to accelerate HTML generation in SASUnit. It opens an ODS HTML4 destination pointing to a dummy file ('dummyhtml.html') located in the WORK library. The objective is to keep the ODS destination open to avoid the overhead of repeated reopening when creating multiple reports, then simply switching the output file.
