L'action `commitTransaction` a pour fonction de sauvegarder de manière permanente toutes les modifications effectuées au sein d'une transaction de contrôle d'accès. Elle valide les changements, libère tous les objets qui avaient été extraits (checked-out) et termine la transaction.
