Especifica el tipo de bloqueo. Por defecto, es 'EXCLUSIVE', lo que significa que solo la sesión actual puede actualizar el objeto. Si se establece en 'SHARED', el bloqueo no es exclusivo, pero impide que otras sesiones obtengan un bloqueo exclusivo sobre el objeto y sus padres.
