El parámetro `fmtName` es obligatorio y especifica el nombre del formato. Este nombre no puede terminar en un número y no puede ser el mismo que un formato proporcionado por SAS. Para formatos de caracteres, el nombre debe comenzar con un signo de dólar ($).
